Housing Rehabilitation
B.C.M.W. administers a housing rehabilitation program funded by the Illinois Housing Development Authority. The funds are used to complete major rehabilitation work on owner-occupied properties in need of general repairs and/or necessary work to bring these properties up to local building code standards.
Residents living within the counties of Bond, Clinton, Marion and Washington are eligible to apply.
